1.Ma'terial mixing:
The PVC resin , plasticizer, stabilizer and carbon are put into the mixer according to the formula , and the plasticizer is added automatically by the machine. After 10 minutes, the stone powder is added and stirred for about 30 minutes. The evenly mixed material is sent to the conveyor belt, and then it is heated and mixed in the internal mixer.
2.Base layers production:
According to the needs of customers, the medium and base materials can be made into green, white and other colors by adding pigments to distinguish the black or gray of the public. The intermediate material and the base material are not distinguished by the thickness, but have nothing to do with the thickness, and are related to the specific gravity (density). Therefore, it can not be said that the intermediate material is thicker than the base material.
3.Hot press:
Lay canvas, embossing board, soft film (Matt Film, high temperature paper), base material, medium material, sanding plate (wear-resistant layer), color film, and soft film (Matt Film and high-temperature paper) on the steel plate in turn. After pressing with another steel plate, the steel plate is sent to the hot press and heated and pressurized continuously. After about 40 minutes, it is taken out. After tearing off the soft film, the floor is pressed and formed. In this process, the upper and lower surfaces of a embossing board are respectively pressed with lines, that is, one embossing board presses two floors
4.Packing:
Packing: cooperation between two people, one person inspection, do the final cleaning work before entering the box, especially to eliminate obvious scratches, scratches, impurities, dirt, rounded corners, bubbles, color difference, color change, white edge, buckle damage, delamination, folding, bevel, residual corner and other defective products, which is equal to the last level of quality. Sealed by one person. And check the label and shipping mark for accuracy.
